ITALPANNELLI was founded in 1991 for the continuous production of insulating sandwich panels in rigid polyurethane foam and rock wool for the cold, industrial, commercial, residential and zootechnical sectors, inheriting from TECNISO all the experience in the construction of cold rooms and prefabricated structures.
Italpannelli consists of 2 production plants: one in Italy, in Abruzzo and one in Spain (Italpannelli Iberica).
The product
Italpannelli is a leader in the production of curved panels with a radius of 6 meters with polyurethane and rock wool insulation for the roofing sector of prefabricated structures with reinforced concrete beams, with a totally continuous production line that is unique in the world. In addition to the already wide range of sandwich panels, the company has equipped itself with profiles for the creation of all the most common corrugated sheet profiles both for classic roofing and for the creation of steel/concrete collaborative slabs. Thermal-acoustic insulation and energy saving are just some of the strengths of the whole vast line of Italpannelli products. The properties of the insulating foam allow for great performance in terms of thermal insulation, while the rock wool allows excellent insulation and sound absorption of the walls. Moreover, these are fire-resistant products and covers. Another flagship product of the company is the Italcoppo panel with a geometry very similar to the classic traditional tile. With a very modern line of the latest generation, sandwich panels in polyurethane are produced to be used in the sectional door market. The last born is the Mega106 double sheet polyurethane panel with a 106 mm high fret that allows the panels to be mounted at very high distances between centers.
