The Technical Service department at ItalPannelli is made up of highly qualified personnel with extensive experience in the design of industrial, civil, agricultural and livestock buildings.
With over 30 years of experience, ItalPannelli is able to offer tailor-made solutions for the construction of enclosures with sandwich panels.
Our team provides complete technical support for:
Design according to current Regulations;
Selection and application of the most suitable materials;
Design of building envelope using sandwich panels, including all finishing elements: custom-bent joints, gutters, downspouts, and fixtures (doors, gates, fire doors, skylights, smoke-out systems, etc.);
The support provided by the Technical Service extends to all complementary phases of the project, ensuring continuous and integrated technical assistance.
Certified production
ItalPannelli operates according to a Certified Management System ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
At the headquarters in Ancarano (TE), there is a Metal Carpentry workshop of 4,000 m², certified UNI EN 1090 up to execution class EXC3. The workshop supports the Technical Service and also manufactures structures for third parties, with the assistance of our technicians for the development of production drawings.
The custom-bent components are produced internally in a dedicated 2.300 m² department, ensuring quality, precision, and production continuity.
