PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
ItalPannelli sandwich panels are designed to deliver high performance, reliability, and long-term durability, even in demanding environmental conditions. Thanks to the quality of the materials used and proper maintenance, our panels can last over 30 years, with some metal facings covered by warranties of up to 35 years, confirming their long-term resistance.
Our range includes solutions with metal, fiberglass, TPO, and PVC facings, designed to meet specific requirements in terms of mechanical strength and weather resistance. This makes our panels ideal for use in challenging environments.
In terms of insulation, we offer different solutions based on the type of core material:
MINERAL WOOL
Provides excellent sound absorption (30–35 dB per single panel, up to 50 dB with multi-layer systems), fire reaction class A2-s1,d0, and fire resistance from REI 30 to REI 120 for roofs and EI 30 to EI 120 for walls, while also ensuring good thermal insulation.
PUR/PIR foam
Offers a minimum sound insulation of 24 dB, fire reaction class F (PUR) and B-s2,d0 / B-s1,d0 (PIR), with fire resistance up to REI 30 for roofs and EI 30 to EI 60 for walls, delivering excellent thermal insulation.
Among our most advanced solutions, the MEGA106 panel with PUR/PIR foam is specifically designed for roofs with larger spans than standard panels, providing an effective solution for large-scale structures.
LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE
SPEED: fast deliveries within 48 hours
Thanks to an efficient organization and fully integrated logistics, we are able to guarantee same-day production and delivery for specific orders. On average, we handle 30 trucks per day, with peaks of up to 60 trucks during high-demand periods.
Punctuality and service quality are ensured by the experience of our warehouse team and the reliability of our logistics partners, who share our commitment to meeting deadlines and customer expectations.

One of our key strengths is the presence of five continuous production lines within a single facility. This unique setup allows us to achieve a production capacity of 60,000 m² per day, enabling us to handle even urgent orders with ease.
