Every ItalPannelli panel comes with technical documentation and certifications attesting to its compliance with European and international regulations. The main certifications include:

• CE marking and Declarations of Performance (DoP)
• Certifications for reaction to fire, mechanical strength, thermal and acoustic insulation
• Documents valid for CAM, LEED and BREEAM purposes

Certified Performance, Even Over Time

Our sandwich panels are designed to last more than 30 years, with metal supports that can come with up to 35 years’ warranty.
We offer solutions with metal, fibreglass, TPO and PVC supports, designed to meet specific requirements in terms of mechanical strength and protection from the elements.

In terms of insulation, performance varies depending on the material:

• Mineral wool: sound insulation up to 50 dB, fire reaction A2-s1,d0, resistance from REI/EI 30 to 120
• PUR/PIR foam: minimum sound insulation of 24 dB, fire reaction F (PUR) and B-s2,d0 / B-s1,d0 (PIR), fire resistance from REI/EI 30 to 60

Sustainability and Environmental Compliance

ItalPannelli quality is also environmental. We use energy from renewable sources, reduce gas usage thanks to electric heat pumps, and use recycled and recyclable materials.
